CHANGES

If the shoes you purchased aren't your size, you can exchange them for another size. If the size isn't in stock, you can exchange them for another item. If the product is of greater value, you must cancel the excess. If the product is of lesser value, you will receive a credit. If you can't find a product that fits your needs, you can rescind the credit for a future purchase.

WARRANTIES

The warranty is not unconditional since the footwear is not indestructible, and coverage cannot be guaranteed for wear and tear resulting from normal use or damage caused by abuse by subjecting the product to conditions for which it was not developed.

In the unlikely event of a quality issue with the purchased product due to defects in materials or workmanship, the footwear will be repaired free of charge. The affected part will be replaced if applicable, or the product will be replaced if the damage is irreparable, subject to prior approval from the manufacturer and provided that the product is within the stipulated warranty period. It is common for materials to show creases in the flex areas of the foot after a period of use. This does not constitute a defect; it is the natural adaptation of the materials to the repetitive movements of the foot.

The product will be exchanged once it's received and inspected by our team. Please note that for these exchanges, the products must not be modified or altered from their original state.

- The warranty for our Leather-Free products is 1 month from the date of purchase.

- The warranty on our leather products is 3 months from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY APPLIES : (if it complies within the time of each category)

• Manufacturing defects
• Buckle damage
• Seams
• Buttonholes
• Detachment of sole and jute
• Closure damage
• Damage to the Velcro
• Detachment of accessories on the upper

JUTE AND TENNIS REFERENCES

Damage to footwear caused by wear and tear after 3 months and that can be repaired can be repaired for an additional charge, depending on the damage.

After 1 year of purchase we will not make any repairs.

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY:

• Scratches on the material
• Material wear
• Flexion wrinkles on the instep
• Improper cleaning
• Products modified or repaired by the Customer
• Products damaged by improper use
• The natural grain of the leather

WARRANTY TIMES

Warranty response time from the day we receive the product may take up to 10 business days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns are free of charge and must be requested by email at contacto@olivashoes.com or by calling us at (+57) 3157935368 to validate your purchase with your ID number.

You will have up to 30 calendar days after the purchase date to exchange your purchase and up to 8 days to return it. SALE items cannot be returned and you have 8 calendar days to exchange a size or color, subject to availability only. SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned. After the stipulated time for exchanges or returns has passed, claims or similar requests for exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange your product, it must be brand new, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must attach a photo of the invoice to contacto@olivashoes.com or send it via WhatsApp to (+57) 3157935368, explaining the reason for the return or exchange to check availability. Once confirmed, you must send the product to our address at Calle 18N #9AN-16, Granada Neighborhood, Cali, Colombia, freight prepaid. Once we receive the product, we will send the exchange to your address, freight prepaid by us.
