OLIVA makes shipments to all the municipalities of the Colombian territory through our allied carrier, which guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you indicate.
Delivery times start counting from payment confirmation, for payments by credit and debit / PSE card and cash payment through points Efecty, Baloto, Gana, Punto Red, Su Red and Red Servi, the platform of payments, you must approve the transaction according to the analysis of your data, which can take up to one business day. At the time of approval of the payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation of this. To check the status of your purchase you can enter the menu “My account – My Orders” on our website.
The delivery time of our products is approximately 3 to 5 business days for main cities and 9 business days or more for other destinations, if you bought at an event or five business days after the event, the delivery time is 3 to 10 days business, in case there are no causes beyond the control of OLIVA that could delay delivery, such as any act of God or force majeure.
Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule. In case you have any concerns with the dispatch of the product, you can contact the OLIVA customer service line (+57) 300 2713694 through our email firstname.lastname@example.org, or on our website www.olivashoes com in the ‘Contact us’ form to check the status of the transport. The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter’s guide will suffice.
In the event that the product has signs of damage or breaks in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the carrier’s guide as an observation and contact the OLIVA customer service line at (+57) 300 2713694 ( Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm), through our email email@example.com, or on our website www.olivashoes.com in the ‘Contact us’ form.
COST OF DELIVERY
The collection of the shipment to the client will depend on the rates established by type of destination that are displayed in www.olivashoes.com when the Client purchases shoes, bags or accessories and this will be specified in the purchase process.
Returns of orders have no cost and must be requested through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by our telephone line (+57) 300 2713694 so that we can schedule the collection of your return through our allied transport company (currently FedEx ). (It can only be requested by this means. If the return is made by other means, the costs must be borne by the customer).
